Privacy policy

Intaj ("we") runs intaj.shop. This page explains what data we collect and why. The short version: as little as possible.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as our reseller. Gumroad shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can deliver the product and support you. We never see or store your card details. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

Launch emails

If you join a waitlist, we store your email address and use it only to tell you when a product launches. Every email has an unsubscribe option, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Support emails

When you write to [email protected], we use your message only to answer you. To reply faster, an AI assistant may write and send the first answer. For that we pass the text of your message, without your email address or phone numbers, to an AI provider (currently Google Gemini). Some providers may use such text to improve their services, so please don't include sensitive personal information. Every reply written by the assistant says so, and a person on our team reads every message.

Website

This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited time.

We count page views with our own simple counter, hosted on our server: the page visited, the website that linked to it, browser language and device type (mobile or desktop). It uses no cookies and does not store your IP address; visits are grouped with a code that changes every day, so they cannot be linked across days. This data is not shared with anyone.

Invoice generator

Our free invoice generator runs in your browser. The documents, client details and logo you enter are stored only in your browser’s storage on your device; we never receive them, and the PDF is made by your own browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so export a backup now and then.

If you activate Pro, your browser sends your license key, and nothing else, to our server, which checks it with Gumroad. We don’t keep the key. The tool also counts anonymous usage events, such as a PDF being made or the languages and currency chosen, with the same counter as page views. What you type is never part of it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.
